The Buddha Maharaj Park is located at km. 44 on Highway 32 (Asian Highway) in Baan Mai sub-district, Maharaj district in the Ayutthaya province, central Thailand. Historically, the area is on the warpath that the Great King Naresuan advanced his troops from Ayutthaya, the ancient Thai capital. The large sculpture of the famous Buddhist monk, 51 meters in height, is the highlight of the park where Buddhists worshipers and travellers come to pay respect and pray for good luck and prosperity.
